HelpWiki is a help system to help user learning how to use an application or being familiar with an organization. It is developed upon WordPress, which is the most popular CMS system in the world.

Based on different purpose, there are two types of HelpWiki system, Application Help System and Knowledge Based System. As an Application Help System focused on an application such as myiDV, EDGE, Snow Plow, Map Processor, ezM4 Cloud. As a Knowledge Base System focused on an organization.

There are four major components of HelpWiki,

• Posts are single web pages where content can be created
• Categories are names used to organize posts under
• Tags are another names to organize posts under
• Media is a library to store and manage media files
• Roles are used to manage access and edit privileges to posts. There also used to sync with Active Directory to control who can log in
